Rodent Control

Rodent control are carried out by inhouse labour by a team of employees trained by representatives of the Ministry of Health.

Annually around 200 kg of rodenticide is purchased to be used according to established programme that is every week at the Vacoas market, Vacoas fair, town center, Town Hall building, Vacoas traffic center and every six months in wastelands bordering main roads, drains along main roads, riverbanks, near bridges and other municipal buildings.
