Payment of fee for
classified trades
Any person who wishes to carry out a classified
trade shall register with the Registrar of Companies and seek
a Building and Land Use Permit (where applicable) at the Planning
Department of Council.
On obtention or if exempt of the Building and Land Use Permit
he shall pay the Municipal Fee in respect of any financial
year which shall be due on 1st January of that year and shall
be paid

(a) within 15 days after
the start of the classified trade and
(b) not later than 15 January in respect of every subsequent
year |
A surcharge of 50% shall be leviable on any amount not paid
within the period specified above.
