If you are the sole heir to the plot, you are required
to submit an affidavit to that effect.
If you are one of the heirs, you so inform the solicitor for
the inclusion of the consent of all the other heirs in the
affidavit.

You have to submit a written request to the officer at the
cemetery office and obtain a written authorisation to do so.
However, this is authorised to owners of private graves only. |
