Any person may have access to the reference
library and the reading rooms. You have to be a registered
subscriber (member) to be able to borrow books.
Membership fee of the library is as follows:

Any member may borrow up to two books at a time for a period
of 30 days upon the expiry of which a surcharge of 50 cents/
book per day is payable for each day's lateness in returning
the book.
