The Finance Committee regulates and supervises all matters relating to the receipt of money, loans, preparation of estimates making and levying rate and control of all financial matters. It also appoints a Bills Sub Committee to check all bills and payments made and such other duties in relation to the income and other financial matters as may be assigned to it from time to time.
